Our online health program is amazing. We create a customized health plan for you to help guide you to healthier living. To get started all you need to do is sign up for an account. After you sign up, you’ll automatically move to the health questionnaire.
Fill Out Health Questionnaire
We designed the health questionnaire to ask simple questions that give us a picture of your overall health so we can guide you towards healthier living. You can save your answers and return later. Once complete, you can fill out additional questionnaires for your children under 18.
View & Edit Anytime
Your questionnaire is saved securely. If your health or your child’s health changes, you can easily view and update the questionnaire at any time.
Get A Personal Naturopath & Health Plan
Once your questionnaires are complete, a naturopath will develop a customized diet, lifestyle, and supplement program—usually within 3 days. You'll have direct access to your naturopath Monday through Friday, with replies in about 24 hours. If an in-person visit is necessary, you'll get priority ahead of our 100+ waitlist. Office visits are free with membership and by our discretion only.
