After you submit your health questionnaire, the naturopath will help you customize a complete diet, lifestyle, and supplement program to address your needs. We teach you exactly what to do to get well. We only make suggestions—we do not write prescriptions. As stated in the membership terms, you take responsibility for your own health choices, including whether to apply or refuse any recommendations.

Yes. With our years of experience and the extensive health questionnaire in the portal, we can understand your needs without a lot of testing or physical contact. The Naturopath motto is, "If you listen to the body it will tell you what it needs." For over 85% of clients, just by listening to their story we already know the main issue before any in-house testing. Testing confirms what we already know and helps the client understand.

If a naturopath determines a physical visit is needed, online members "Skip the Line" for cancellations. Physical appointments are booked 6+ months out with a 100+ waiting list. Note: prioritization is determined by the naturopath, not by member preference.

Programs vary widely because health needs vary. Our motto is to use the least amount of supplements possible to get the most done. We focus on the biggest, most crucial issues first; once those are addressed, the body often heals smaller issues on its own. You do not need a supplement for every little thing.

No. Naturopaths do not diagnose diseases. They are not licensed doctors and cannot legally diagnose—and they do not need a disease name to teach you how to get well. The questionnaire helps identify which organs and systems are not functioning optimally and whether the cause is toxicity or nutrient deficiency. We help you remove obstructions (toxins) and provide nutrients so the body can heal itself and symptoms can resolve.

No. We do not treat symptoms. We look for bottom-line causes. Once the underlying cause is corrected, symptoms typically resolve on their own.

We understand medications and drug interactions and will not suggest herbs that conflict with your prescriptions. Naturopaths are not licensed doctors and will never advise you to stop medication without your doctor's guidance. Stay in close contact with your doctor—your need for medication may decrease as your health improves (for example, blood pressure or blood sugar). If your doctor is unwilling to work with you, you may need to find a new doctor or avoid starting a program. We also have a nurse practitioner on staff if you need help managing medication. Phone consultations with the Nurse Practitioner is not not included in your membership. Her consultation fee per hour is $150 for new clients and $80 for Re-checks.
